About this role

We are looking to hire a Senior Human Resources Specialist for one of our clients based in Dubai, under Federal Government Entity United Arab Emirates. Job Purpose To implement and manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes in accordance with approved company policies and procedures, ensuring the timely attraction of qualified talent to meet operational workforce requirements. The role also oversees employee relations activities and supports a positive and compliant work environment. Requirements Manage the full recruitment cycle from hiring request to onboarding.
