About this role

You’ll be working with the Manufacturing Engineering & Supplier Development team. This team is responsible for developing and industrialising electrical hardware systems used in EV battery packs, BMS systems and rapid charging products. The focus is on building scalable and reliable manufacturing processes for wiring harnesses, PCBAs and electrical assemblies through strong collaboration with supplier partners and cross-functional engineering teams. This role combines electrical hardware understanding, manufacturing process knowledge and supplier development capability to enable high-quality electrical systems manufacturing at scale.
