About this role

Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience Career progression great and superb benefits Assist the Customer Success Manager with their administrative duties and customer support. Providing full support, lead & influence alongside the Customer Success Manager in relation to the new Customer Success initiatives across the business. Answering customer incoming calls, emails and cases in a professional and timely manner. Providing excellent customer service. Having 1+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, customer success or customer service/ customer facing roles would be a plus. Similarly, having experience working with Salesforce.com or other Force.com platforms experience, and/or a VOIP Service Provider/ Telco environment would be desirable.
