Job Description Qualifications Must have experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs. Maintenance courses are preferred. Job Duties / Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical building systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot building maintenance problems and determine appropriate corrective actions. Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, valves, drains, and related components. Perform permitted minor electrical work, including replacement of lighting components, switches, receptacles, and other fixtures.
