The Centralized Store Manager is responsible for remotely managing the customer experience, sales, account management, and operational performance of multiple assigned Extra Space Storage locations. The role partners with customers, field employees, vendors, and other support teams to coordinate property needs and ensure assigned locations meet company operational and customer-service standards. *This position is based at our designated office location and requires regular onsite attendance.
