Experience: 3–8 Years THE ROLE We're hiring a Product Builder to join the Platform team. This is a builder role—not a requirements-writer role. You will take a problem from idea to a validated, engineering-ready prototype independently, using AI tools as your primary accelerant. Extreme's Platform powers enterprise-grade network management across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, monitoring, identity, alerts, notifications, and more. You don't need to be an expert across all of it. You need to ramp quickly, think clearly, and hand engineering work they can act on without ambiguity.
