About this role
Location - The preferred location for this role is Shanghai, the regional HQ for Asia Pacific. Gurgaon may also be considered. Work Timing – Key stakeholders will be based in China, India, and other ASEAN countries. Once or twice a week, meetings may be scheduled with global stakeholders based in Akron, Ohio (our global HQ), so work timings may need to be adjusted accordingly. Reporting - Director HR, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Asia Pacific (based in Shanghai) Work Environment - Hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in the office.
