About this role
The Continuous Improvements Facilitator is responsible for assisting with implementation of process improvements via suggestions from shopfloor or engineering to improve quality and/or profitability. He/she strongly focus on shopfloor housekeeping and supports the efficient day-to-day running of the plant within a mid and long-term vision. He/she will promote the continuous improvements culture through the shopfloor and lead the plant towards the right structure and mindset, following the Lean Management, HES and 6 Sigma approaches. There is a strong focus in team working and on work quality as well as maximising efficiencies and minimising wastes.
