About this role
Leads the plant maintenance function and is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance of production equipment, buildings, utilities, and facility systems. Directs maintenance personnel and programs to minimize equipment downtime, support production requirements, maintain preventive maintenance and repair standards, manage parts and specialized tool inventory, and ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable building codes and safety standards.
