About this role
The consultancy supports the development and implementation of IOM’s Green Skills Corridor (GSC) and Human Capital Investment Framework (HCIF), initiatives designed to link climate adaptation, green-skills development, and safe labour mobility across the MENA region. Building on work under the CCMD programme, the consultant will provide strategic guidance, support resource mobilization and investment preparation, develop partnerships with governments, employers, and investors, and help scale the GSC model in countries such as Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia.…
