National Project Officer – Construction Engineer

IOM Lebanon is recruiting a National Project Officer – Construction Engineer to support stronger and more resilient border infrastructure in a complex humanitarian and operational environment. The role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of rehabilitation, upgrade, and reconstruction projects at border crossing points. Key duties include conducting technical assessments and feasibility studies; producing structural designs, drawings, Bills of Quantities, and specifications; monitoring contractors and site works; and reporting on progress and quality compliance. The position works under the Infrastructure Coordinator and IBG Programme Manager. Fluency in Arabic and English are required, while French is desirable at a working level.
