About this role

Apply by: 01/11/2026 Under the direct supervision of the National Programme Officer of the Migration Solutions Unit (MSU), the Hotline Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient and uninterrupted operation of the IOM Safe Migration Hotline, including the quality, accessibility and consistency of information and consultation services provided to migrants and the general public. The Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Safe Migration Hotline, supervise and support its team, ensure the availability of up-to-date and accurate on various migration routes and necessary tools and technical solutions, and provide direct consultations when required.…
