About this role
As a Senior Server Tech Services Engineer, you will serve as a key technical leader. You will resolve high-severity hardware and network issues across Akamai’s infrastructure. In this role, you will lead complex technical escalations, mentor junior engineers, and drive operational excellence. You will ensure optimal performance of Akamai's Content Delivery Network and Internet Security products.
