About this role
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Engineer with specialized experience in chroming, and painting processes for the automotive industry . This position plays a key role in ensuring surface treatment quality, process consistency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in analyzing coating performance, troubleshooting process deviations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Other responsibilities includes: Independently perform and oversee dimensional inspection, material testing, and product evaluation in accordance with engineering specifications and applicable customer requirements.
