About this role

Is this job for you? We are seeking a Temp Production Assistant to manage daily production tracking, WIP updates, and AirTable maintenance, while handling weekly delay and fit/delivery reporting. This role also coordinates fit session scheduling and partners with the Production Director to review test and inspection reports and relay decisions to overseas partners. The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable, analytical, and organized. This is a temporary role that will begin in October 2026 and last for around 3-5 months. What you’ll do: Prepare and distribute a weekly delay report, tracking at-risk POs and flagging timeline issues to the production team. Compile a weekly fit approval and delivery status report to keep stakeholders aligned on garment approvals and shipment timing.…
