About this role

Reporting directly to the Corporate CPO, the HR Tech & Automation Leader will drive the company’s global HR digital transformation, leading the evolution of SAP SuccessFactors , the optimization of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, and the adoption of automation, analytics, and AI across international HR operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the functional evolution and global rollouts of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring standardized and scalable HR processes across countries. Drive H2R process transformation, simplifying, automating, and digitizing core HR operations. Act as the functional bridge between HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation partners. Identify and implement HR automation, digitalization, and AI opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.…
