Job Description: POSITION: Associate Head Coach, Men’s Lacrosse Fairfield University is currently seeking a full-time Associate Head Coach, men’s lacrosse. In keeping with the University’s Jesuit mission and identity, candidates must be committed to the equity, welfare and sporting conduct of our student athletes. Fairfield University competes in the Colonial Athletic Association. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Associate Head coach will assist the head coach with all aspects of a competitive Division I program, including: player development, practice organization, recruiting, game management, maintaining equipment, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, coordinating team travel, and compliance with NCAA, CAA and institutional regulations.
