Job Description: Purpose of Role: The Fairfield University Ambassador serves as a welcoming first point of contact for individuals arriving at the University’s front gate. Working from the gate booth under the direction of the Department of Public Safety, the Ambassador greets visitors, answers questions, provides directions, and assists with campus entry in accordance with University procedures. Through attentive, friendly, and professional service, the Ambassador helps students, employees, alumni, vendors, and guests feel welcome and navigate campus with confidence.
