Job Summary: The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer will support the implementation of the STRengthening Infectious Disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES) project in Morocco by maintaining and implementing the monitoring and evaluation processes and practices of the project . S/He wil l train program staff to ensure that performance indicators and data related to outcomes, achievements, and impact are properly prepared and collected in targeted geographic areas and sectors. S/He will provide basic technical support and guidance to staff and partners in the country office, draft technical portions workplans and other technical materials based on the design and direction set by technical leadership and implement monitoring and evaluation initiatives.…
