Job Summary The People & Culture (P&C) Officer provides professional-level P&C services for the Strengthening Infectious Disease Detection Systems (STRIDES) Activity in Guatemala. Under the Project Manager's leadership, the position supports staff and managers across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws. This role works closely with managers to ensure consistent policy application, contributes to process improvements, and receives guidance and orientation from P&C Headquarters (HQ) staff.
