Job Summary: The Regional Technical Officer (RTO), HIV Prevention and HIV Testing Services, provides technical leadership and support for the implementation of HIV prevention and HIV Testing Services (HTS) interventions under the EpiC project in Tanzania, including HTS, HIV self-testing (HIVST), Social Network Strategy (SNS), pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), demand creation, and the integration of non-communicable disease (NCD) screening and management within HIV and other public health service delivery platforms. The role provides technical guidance on key programmatic issues, challenges, and strategies to strengthen service quality, coverage, and impact across Police and Prisons (PnP) and public health facilities.…
