Job Summary: The RTO, Community Engagement, HIV provides technical and programmatic oversight for implementation of community and facility-based interventions to strengthen linkage to care, antiretroviral treatment (ART) initiation, continuity of treatment, and re-engagement of adults, children and adolescents. The role provides implementation oversight and technical assistance at regional level. The RTO works closely with Regional and District Health Management Teams (R&CHMTs), Community Health Workers (CHW), facility Care and treatment teams and other stakeholders to identify and address barriers to treatment continuation.…
