Job Summary: The Regional Technical Officer (SRTO), Supply Chain, will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and systems support to strengthen supply chain management, pharmaceutical services, and data use. Based at the regional level, the RTO will serve as a technical bridge among MSD (Tanzania Mainland), CMS (Zanzibar), RHMTs, CHMTs, Logistics Management Services teams, health facilities, and regional implementing partners. The SRTO will provide ongoing technical support to frontline staff and local partners to ensure that supply chain activities are data-driven and evidence-based, and that life-saving commodities are appropriately managed, monitored, and accounted for using Ministry of Health (MOH)-approved supply chain tools and systems.…
