Occupational Therapist *$500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment with active cases (10hour/week minimum)* Details about this opportunity: Location: Farmingdale and/or Islandia Status: Fee for Service or Full-Time split with both sites Hours: During and/or afterschool hours, flexible scheduling Compensation: Early Intervention: $64-$75/hour Preschool: $70/hour OR Full-Time, Salary $62,000-$65,000 **Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held.
