About this role

THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Senior Manager to optimize and grow our customer lifecycles to accelerate lifetime value. You will play a key role on the Customer Marketing team, providing operational excellence and strategic input. This role will collaborate with multiple departments within FanDuel including, but not limited to Data Science, Operations, Marketing Technology, Brand, and Product. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences that drive engagement, retention, and long-term value.
