About this role
Main Purpose of Job To build on expertise in service delivery and best practice, the role is to deliver exceptional training support to healthcare staff throughout the country and internal staff in the use of the Open Evolution clinical system and associated programs. Key Tasks 1. To liaise with Practices, Health boards and CCG’s, to identify training needs 2. Organising, planning and booking training sessions following the company process 3. Updating company training documentation 4. To take training support calls from the Service Desk, ensuring the call is logged & updated accordingly with a satisfactory response to the customer 5.
