Deine Mission Als Head of Operations and Maintenance (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für den technischen Betrieb, die Überwachung und Instandhaltung unserer Agri-PV-Anlagen in Deutschland. Du baust ein effizientes O&M-Team auf, entwickelst Prozesse und Systeme, die den langfristigen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb unserer Anlagen gewährleisten, und trägst damit maßgeblich zur Qualität und Skalierbarkeit unseres Geschäfts bei.
