About this role

Aufgaben Koordination und Steuerung aller Wartungs‑, Reparatur‑ und Serviceaufträge im After‑Sales‑Bereich Planung und Disposition von Serviceeinsätzen, Personal, Material und Nachunternehmern Technische Kundenberatung sowie Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Normenkonformität Qualitätskontrolle der ausgeführten Leistungen sowie Optimierung der Abläufe Dokumentation, Pflege der Systemdaten und Vorbereitung der Abrechnung Qualifikationen Technisches Verständnis im Metallbau, Fassadenbau oder vergleichbaren Gewerken Kenntnisse in Montage-, Wartungs- und Reparaturprozessen an Gebäudehüllen Erfahrung in Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung.
