Job Summary The Assistant Director, Athletics Marketing & Fan Engagement assists in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and promotional initiatives that enhance fan engagement, increase attendance, and support the overall brand and revenue goals of the athletics department. This position manages game-day entertainment elements, student engagement programs, grassroots marketing efforts, and social media content for assigned sports.
