Job Summary The General Manager, Athletics provides strategic support to FGCU Athletics and coaching staff in roster management, revenue sharing, recruiting, budget management, and basketball operations. The position uses financial, market, recruiting, and performance data to inform roster construction and player personnel decisions; develops relationships with agents and recruiting networks; supports student-athletes pursuing professional opportunities; and ensures activities align with NCAA, ASUN, and University requirements. The General Manager also identifies opportunities to modernize basketball operations through analytics, technology, and emerging practices.
