Job Summary The Student Office Assistant assists with various clerical duties within Academic & Curriculum Support (ACS) as needed. Job Description Typical duties include but are not limited to: Assist with reviewing academic publications and documents for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and adherence to established standards. Identify typographical errors, outdated information, and inconsistencies in curriculum-related materials. Organize, sort, and maintain data in Microsoft Excel and other electronic records systems. Compile and consolidate information from multiple sources into reports and spreadsheets for review and analysis by the ACS Director. Review meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.…
