Job Summary WGCU’s Associate General Manager of Development manages a team of professional fundraisers and has a personal portfolio for the solicitation, retention, and recognition of Individual Gifts in our major donor group for those who give in excess of $2,500 annually, branded as the Leadership Circle. This role builds and implements strategy to meet financial and stewardship goals for the Annual Fund, Planned and Major Individual Gifts, and Campaign Funds. Plans and conducts special events aimed at fundraising and/or donor development. The Associate General Manager is a critical member of the WGCU senior leadership team that collaborates to reach objectives set by the General Manager and Florida Gulf Coast University.
