About this role

Friendship Hospital for Animals , a leading AAHA-accredited specialty and emergency hospital in Washington, DC , is seeking a Veterinary Technician to support our Diagnostic Imaging team. If you are passionate about diagnostic imaging and looking to hone your x-ray skills while collaborating with our other specialty and emergency teams, we'd love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Perform veterinary x-rays for various studies (thoracic, abdominal, musculoskeletal, tube placement, neurology pin-shot, etc.). Uphold ALARA standards to minimize radiation exposure to staff and patients. Work collaboratively with radiologists and other diagnostic imaging team members. Coordinate with other hospital departments for sedated radiographs and interdepartmental procedures.…
