Crane Resolution Specialist will maintain maximum throughput and up time for the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). Specialist will monitor all crane operations from the warehouse floor by monitoring crane operations via computer screen to resolve pallet locations in error status. Must have basic computer skills and be familiar with Excel worksheets. Will drive 3-wheeled cart to location of crane issue. Will investigate and resolve issues found in pick up and delivery by crane to stations. May remove plastic or cardboard from pallet that could be causing crane issue.
