Job Description: The Role Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing (WI) is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join Digital Platforms Technology. This role plays a critical part in enabling predictable delivery by ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable, and well-defined requirements that can be efficiently consumed by engineering teams. The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Management, Business Analysis, Engineering Delivery Managers, Principal Engineers, Quality Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to drive requirement quality, backlog readiness, dependency visibility, and delivery confidence.
