Job Description: Position Description : Designs and delivers enterprise scale cloud platforms across cloud native and containerized environments. Defines technical vision and engineering standards for observability platforms, including service reliability metrics, monitoring best practices, dashboards, and alerting strategies to support proactive and automated responses. Establishes service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and telemetry collection frameworks to enable dashboards, intelligent alerting, and automated incident response across multi cloud and containerized environments.
