Job Description: Vice President – High Income Special Situations and Private Credit The Role The FMR LLC Legal Department is seeking to hire a finance attorney to join the Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Transactional Support Legal team supporting the High Income and Alternatives Divisions. In this role, you will actively work on and lead a team providing support for private credit transactions, distressed debt and special situations. As a key member of a dedicated asset management legal team, you will be involved in the provision of day-to-day legal advice on financing matters.
