Who we’re looking for We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work alongside our VP of Finance & Operations. You will run the meetings where leadership makes its decisions, build the material that goes into them, own the projects that do not sit naturally with any one team, and make sure that what gets decided actually happens. The job is deliberately broad, and that breadth is the point. This is a development role; built to give you a complete picture of how the business runs and to prepare you for other roles across the company over time.
