GENERAL FUNCTION: Oversees a number of Relationship Managers to insure adherence to corporate policy, provides credit and underwriting review as well as over limit credit approval, provides support and direction in the cross selling effort. Commercial Middle Market Team Leaders are expected to solicit participations in the public debt issuance of their clients. Current policy limits participation to those clients that have "investment grade" credit ratings.
