Als Junior Operations Backoffice Specialist bist du eine zentrale Stütze unseres Teams und begleitest den End-of-Life-Prozess unserer Fahrzeuge. Du übernimmst die sorgfältige kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung von Endabrechnungen, koordinierst strittige Schadensfälle und sicherst durch deine Detailgenauigkeit eine fehlerfreie Prozesskette. In dieser Rolle bildest du die operative Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen und trägst maßgeblich zu einer exzellenten Servicequalität bei.
