IN-HOUSE COUNSEL
You'll be Firecrawl's first full-time in-house lawyer, owning legal across the business as we scale. Day to day, you'll partner with our revenue teams - redlining customer contracts, MSAs, and DPAs, and moving deals forward quickly without letting risk pile up in the wrong places. You'll also own one of the most important and least-settled areas of law in our space: how the web's data can be sourced, licensed, and served. That means real fluency in the legal landscape of web scraping and public data - crawling practices, robots.txt, terms of service, and the case law around access - and structuring agreements so risk lands where it should across copyright, data access, and privacy.…
