About this role
The analyst will apply experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud to analy ze data involving accounts, contacts, opportunities , and other critical business data entities and processes. The analyst will translate business requirements and data-quality concerns into meaningful analysis, report s , dashboards, and recommendations. Key Responsibilities Data Quality Analysis & Monitoring Reporting & Dashboard Development Data Stewardship Support Data Governance & Documentation Business Process & Continuous Improvement Routine Activities Develop queries and analytical datasets using appropriate Salesforce reporting, querying, and analytical tools.
