The Compensation Intern supports the Compensation and Total Rewards team through data analysis, market research, reporting, and administrative activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to compensation programs, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and HR analytics while helping ensure accurate and competitive pay practices across the organization. Major Responsibilities Assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market pricing activities. Compile, analyze, and report on compensation and workforce data to support business decisions. Support job evaluations, job description reviews, and compensation-related projects.
