About this role

Finally, a networking role where "have you tried turning it off and on again?" isn't the solution. If your happy place involves building firewalls, fine-tuning WiFi, troubleshooting VPNs, troubleshooting networks so they don't fall over the moment someone starts a Teams meeting, and occasionally muttering "it's always DNS"... we should probably talk. We're looking for a Network Support Technician to join our Philippines team, supporting our US-based parent company during US business hours. Yes, it's a late shift. The upside?
