Summary of the Job: Executes and administers FNBO's emerging talent programs, recruiting activities, career mobility programs, and talent pipeline initiatives. Serving as the operational owner of the pipeline, this role connects talent to opportunities through recruiting, program delivery, relationship management, event execution, and participant support.
