About this role

Job Description As a Remittance Processing Associate , you will support payment processing operations by accurately preparing and processing customer payments and exceptions. You will work in an on-site, production-focused environment where accuracy, organization, and meeting processing deadlines are important. This role also includes mail handling, scanning, research, exception processing, and supporting remittance processing equipment. Location: 16633 Dallas Parkway, Suite 300 Addison, TX 75001 Schedule: Monday -Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm Off Saturday and Sunday Work arrangement: On-site What you will be doing Prepare customer payments for processing.
