Job Description About the role: As an Implementation Analyst II, you’ll guide small and regional/community bank (RCB) customers through successful launches on our A3 SaaS banking origination platform. You will serve as the primary project lead for 5–6 concurrent client implementations, managing every detail from kickoff through go-live while ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience. Your days will be fast-paced and varied, conducting customer calls to guide through configuration options, mapping API configurations, troubleshooting integration issues, coordinating with internal teams to unblock dependencies, and keeping your project plans on track.…
