About this role

Your role Information Technology - Salesforce Application - P1 - IND To support the client delivery team in: • Analyzing and interpreting customer requirements, • High level requirements capture and design, • Reviewing and matching client requirements to GFN application capabilities • Gap analysis and documentation • Project work-stream planning, execution and change control • Contribute to pre and post go-live support processes to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize impact to business operations In addition there will be a requirement to support the end to end delivery cycle from the initial requirements capture, through design, build and test cycles, to interface with UAT and Production support processes, and post implementation support.…
