Job Description: The Area Manager, Regional Operations is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment for data centers within a multi-market area. This includes leading the 24x7 Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team, ensuring mission-critical uptime with a goal of 100%. The role involves direct management of multiple Data Center Managers and oversight of teams consisting of Assistant Data Center Managers, Critical Infrastructure Engineers (CIEs), and Data Center Technicians (DCTs) while meeting customer SLAs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (NPS).…
