About this role

The Director of Solutions Engineering leads technical sales execution across multiple sales domains, ensuring effective coverage, consistent field practices, and alignment with regional growth priorities. The role partners with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and sales leaders to drive sales, turn company strategy into territory plans, allocate resources, strengthen pipeline quality, and improve customer outcomes. The Director develops a high-performing team, reinforces technical and architectural standards, and improves field processes to increase efficiency and support rapid scale.
